We are located in the very heart of Andalucia; only 20 minutes from the ancient city of Antequerra, 55 minutes from Malaga airport, less than an hour from Granada and approximately 1½ hours from Seville.
La Cruz de Algaida has its own church, school, shop, village hall, two bars, petrol station, car mechanic/workshop and even its own olive mill - all less than 5 minutes from Rhonda. With a smile and a well-rehearsed "hola" you will be warmly greeted in return by our local, hospitable Spanish neighbours.
Within a 10 minute drive of La Cruz lies the Moorish town of Iznajar, with its narrow streets & 8th Century castle.
The entire region is a delight for exploring and you soon get the hang of siesta and tapas.
